How do I receive my purchase after buying?

Can I download my purchase more than once?

The file won't open. How do I fix it?
Make sure you have a PDF reader installed (Adobe Acrobat, Preview on Mac, or any free PDF app). If the file appears corrupted, let us know and we'll send a fresh copy.
I bought the wrong guide by mistake. Can I swap it?
